Lemonades during fast help keep the body hydrated and, at the same time, digest excess fat in the body. The benefits of fasting can be substantially observed when we fast on lemonades for at least 3-4 days. By that time body would be beginning to digest the reserve fats in the body and gradually reducing the accumulated fats and toxins.

However, to survive for a few days without eating any solid food simultaneously fight hunger, one needs to feel full (not hungry), comfortable, and hydrated. Lime juice mixed with chia seeds acts as a miracle in this regard.

Along with the above benefits, Lime’s anti-inflammatory properties help fight respiratory tract infections, sore throat, and reducing aches and pains in the body. In our detoxifying lemonades, note that all lemonades are along with soaked chia seeds, and we have added some fruit juices, which give additional benefits. By detoxifying the body, digestion naturally increases, and it balances all other functions like blood pressure, excretion, and so on.
